MULTICOM has been designing cable TV systems for a number of years, serving the United States and Latin American markets.
Greg Hoke recently joined the company as Design Draftsman. Hoke explains, “This addition allows MULTICOM and its customers to utilize the benefits of AutoCAD 2000 for the sharing of files and design information.” Greg has been working with AutoCAD for the past ten years, including his most recent experience, instructing AutoCAD at Florida Technical College.
MULTICOM’s engineers provide designs for apartment complexes, hotels, hospitals, schools and businesses. The completed designs include routing of the distribution cable, allocation of all active and passive devices, riser diagrams and headend system block diagrams.
