Description

Part of Pico Digital’s all-digital CONDOR solution, the VMX3-1 HD QAM set-top box descrambles signals from the CONDOR headend while converting digital signals to analog for display on legacy TVs. The unit is equipped with a triple tuner for the recording of three TV channels at once and features Verimatrix® CAS for content protection. Offering HDMI and composite outputs, the unit provides PVR/media player capabilities, Electronic Program Guide (EPG) support, and an intuitive high-definition interface for ease of use. The VMX3-1 can be deployed as a standalone solution for non-encrypted clear QAM applications.
